From obtaining all necessary initial building permits to organizing all inspection and final certificates of occupancy, sourcing complete room amenity solutions, offering complete interior design, building & materials logistics, we understand the full scope of needs of our Bahamas resort clients.
 
In addition, through our vast contact network and good working relationships with many key officials throughout the Bahamian Government, we are able to act as a Bahamas Government Liaison for Customs, Immigration, Island Administration, Local Government, National Insurance, Ministry of Works, Environmental Health, Batelco, BEC and Water & Sewerage Corporation.
