The Building of Seaglass, a Charming Beach House in Treasure Cay…

Owner’s Requests: Save as many trees on the small lot as possible and make sure the house has a great view and will stay nice and dry when the next hurricane comes!

To preserve and maintain as many trees on the lot as possible, the lot was hand cleared! Not one single piece of heavy equipment was used! I am a tree lover myself and it feels good to have so many people come by the lot and say how nice it looks with all the trees!

In addition, we made sure to re-plant every nice palm tree that was in the building envelope elsewhere on the property so as to keep as much of the lush vegetation as possible.
