Seaglass: The Tie Beam

The Tie Beam (aka Belt Course as it is called here in the Bahamas) is created here using six pieces of 5/8 (#5) rebar within a hoop. 8" x 16" plywood forms are then constructed around the rebar before filling the form with concrete.
